I don't know if it's possible to repair your registry due to the corruption. Use a Firewall - I can not stress how important it is that you use a Firewall on your computer. You could open up task manager and see what service/process loads when you get this error message. The biggest thing you can do to stay safe though is not visiting sites that state you can make money or obtain freebies.
