Currently im in the processes of changing internet provider. Internet access dying for all devices. The link to check for drivers is listed above in the original post. Typically, if you can stay connected for 30 minutes and have gone to several websites, checked email, etc and haven't lost the connection, then your notebook is probably fine. have a peek here

Hope this makes sense. If you do stay connected and don't lose the connection, that would mean your laptop is working fine on your friends network so we can eliminate the laptop as a problem. Since it sounds like since you are having this problem with multiple devices, we can rule out the devices.
