i think i got the same problem but instead of the yellow exclamation mark it is an x red but still connected, i follow what you has said but still my deleted config file many-a-times in combination with all above solutions provided. Dave Worked for me as well - you may have to right click the panel and click "refresh" - that is what I had to do and then they all re-appeared!
