Getting a RMA seems to not be worth the trouble.

I think it is time to have a chat with Gigabyte's service department by phone or e-mail, whichever is more convenient. They’re back. Do you have the right drivers? My network connections page is still totally emptied and there is still no internet connection icon or internet connection.
