I put it back together, put it back into place, and turned it on, and it worked. that is why I don't want to take this as an answer :) If you got any more ideas tell me :) I don't have any usb running. Try removing the CMOS Battery and clear with the jumper on the board. Next, you need to disable onboard video in BIOS, or at least set it to secondary.
Sorry for the delay in response. The jumper will currently be positioned on pins 1-2. As I said, I never build with msi so I really do not know. Did you make any changes at all to your BIOS before this NVRAM problem started? Join our community for more solutions or to ask questions. It hangs at Checking NVRAM.
