I notice when I look in control panel>Internet properties>programs>manage add-ons that under the tab Search Providers there is only one line available for selection. When I connect to wifi, dhcp returns an ip address to the laptop, and wifi shows connected (no internet, secured). However it will work in IE 64 bit and Firefox browsers...I... It showed that all connections were good, but could not connect to the internet. I have stopped all unnecessary services and uninstall all programs that are not needed.
