No reboot loop and I can see my Facebook friends who play by clicking the trophy icon, Friends tab. When I connected to Facebook, it was like the first time, I get the security settings screen. The power was out for about 20-30 seconds. I have reason to believe that the motherboard is the issue in my gaming pc, its an ASROCK h97 FATAL1TY. Check This Out

Have you checked the board for any evidence of bulging caps or bad traces? Didn't realize that not enabling Clash access to my FB friends list was the problem.
