I didn't see any mention of how much Ram is in this machine. I rather stay after work on my own personal time troubleshooting this more in detail then spend many hours "on clock" wasting time. Even the sound worked as it should (not choppy). I guess you could justify the time if it's a client's pc and they're paying you to keep it working. navigate here

The principal told me that it was working fine until one of our vendors came in and re-done the network about a month ago and after that it started to give Computer is very slow to open programs, even though the system idle process is at 99% before starting another progam. the videos stream nicely. I have uninstalled and reinstalled every plug-in, add on, extension, and video player that i have but nothing seems to be working.
