I managed to avoid the mess and the update is now hidden. You don't have to worry about installing those "available" updates because they're already installed. Security-only updates Also from October 2016 onwards, Windows will release a single Security-only update. b) The November Rollup patches which we removed from WSUS are still showing in the SCCM console, but now have the grey icon as if they have been expired. more info here

I have nothing AMD on my system so why didn't Microsoft do a scan to check for compatibility? Starting later in 2017 and continuing for several months, older fixes will also be added to the preview rollup, so it will eventually become fully cumulative; installing the latest monthly rollup will I hope Windows 10 will have this option soon! Doesn't this introduce a security gap for Windows components / features?
